Why I Coach
I became a coach because I love helping people thrive. I already do this in my mental health practice, but coaching is different. It's not about working through struggle. It's about building on strength.
My clients already have a solid foundation. They're ready for more, bigger goals, bigger lives, and I get to help them get there.
I'm also thrilled to do this work with Thom. Two perspectives, new tools, one mission: helping people go from "I want this" to "here's how."
At the core, I want to help people live their biggest, boldest, most fulfilling lives.
And here's the thing: we don't do our best growing alone. That's why I'm especially excited about coaching couples. Big goals are easier, and more meaningful, when you chase them with the people who matter most. Staying connected while you grow together isn't easy. But it's worth it.
Shared goals. Shared growth. Let's go after them together.
My Approach
My coaching is grounded in proven, results-driven methods. I'm trained through the Mindset Coach Academy and am pursuing a ICF ACC certification. I use a blend of tools, mindset work for clarity, timeline therapy to clear what's holding you back, values identification to keep you aligned with what matters, and solution-focused coaching to keep you moving forward, because lasting change comes from working multiple angles at once.
